Detlef Weinrich
Detlef Weinrich studied sculpture under Magdalena Jetelova at the Düsseldorf Art Academy from 1994-1999.
From 1994 - 2021 he was a member of the Düsseldorf electronic formation Kreidler. His work so far includes 15 published albums and numerous other formats, film music etc. Concerts and performances all over the world, numerous invitations from the Goethe Institute in Asia, Mexico, USA, Algeria, Russia, including performances at the Andreas Gursky retrospective at the MOMA New York as well as at the Centre Pompidou in Paris. Since 2004 solo project Tolouse Low Trax with 5 albums and about 20 further releases and remixes. Since 2006 international live performances and Dj-sets. Founding member and musical programme director of the Salon des Amateurs in Düsseldorf from 2004 - 2021.
Lives and works in Düsseldorf and Paris.
