But the fashion industry is struggling with numerous problems: mass consumption, overproduction, violations of labor regulations and increased use of chemicals. Above all else, fashion has to get a handle on ecological and social problems as quickly as possible. More environmentally friendly production methods will become more important in the future. Designers around the world are working on the fashion of the future. New technologies are creating new tools to produce fabrics for the world to come.
