Mammoth

In two cleverly interwoven family stories, Mammut tells of the unforeseen and dramatic failure of contrasting life plans: The successful young New York couple Ellen and Leo have little time for their eight-year-old daughter Jackie alongside their careers. Meanwhile, their nanny Gloria worries about the lives of her two sons, whom she had to leave behind in her native Philippines. When Leo leaves for a lucrative business trip to Thailand, he unwittingly sets in motion a chain of events that will have dramatic consequences for everyone.
