The Killing

Inspector Sarah Lund had actually planned to celebrate her work anniversary, but she is unexpectedly drawn into a murder case involving a dismembered body found at the harbor. Lund quickly realizes that this discovery has far greater implications than initially assumed. The case appears to lead into the political sphere and, in particular, to the economic powerhouse Zeeland. When Emily, the daughter of Robert Zeuthen, the head of Zeeland, is kidnapped, the case threatens to escalate.
