Munich's only male midwife seems to have arrived at the practice with gynecologist Luise: Toni helps a German-Turkish pregnant woman with her family conflict, gets the midwives in the mood for a bowling match with Munich gynecologists, and even seems to finally emotionally free himself from his ex-wife Hanna. The pregnancy of his own sister Romy, of all things, becomes a crucial test for him, both professionally and privately: As a big brother, Toni sees in Romy's boyfriend, Flocke, only a self-absorbed macho man.
