Jeanneline throws Gwizdo out of the tavern. He should only come back when he has earned enough goldons to finally pay his debts. Lian Chu, Gwizdo and Hector leave the tavern with their St. George helicopter. They get caught in a snowstorm and have to make an emergency landing in a snowy desert. The locals, a rough hill people help the dragon hunters. In return, they must fight a snow dragon, but Gwizdo has trouble adjusting to the cold climate.
