Animals that want to survive in these extremes must find a way to escape the deadly dangers... Part 1 'Of sperm whales and desert foxes' tells us the story of animals of the deep sea that are almost unknown to us and of a desert fox mother who masters the rearing of her young in one of the most merciless coastal regions of the Sahara. - Europe's coastal region is characterized by mountains and different vegetation zones, while various desert forms predominate on the African coast.
