Instead of concentrating on her studies, Mia prefers to focus on her career as a poetry slammer, while keeping her head above water with a job as a bartender. One day she gets an offer to be the voice actress for the superhero Kimiko in an anime series. For Mia, a fan of Japan, this is a huge opportunity! She throws herself into the new job with great enthusiasm - so much so that she suddenly discovers that she has extraordinary powers: just like Kimiko, she can see electricity, jump off roofs and save people's lives.
