Annie Castillon (Alexandra Lamy) is completely satisfied with her family life: her marriage to Laurent is a prime example of harmony. The two older children, Maximilian and César, are intelligent and sensitive adolescents. And Annie's teenage daughter Poupie supports her without ever complaining about the demands of the youngest child, Antoine. It's a weekend like any other, but the discovery of a positive pregnancy test in the bathroom throws the beautiful harmony into disarray. Turbulent times begin for the Castillon extended family. Does the test belong to the older son's girlfriend? Or even to young Poupi? Will Annie—what a terrible thought!—become a grandmother already? Or does her husband Laurent have a mistress? Annie's investigations push the situation to the limit of what is bearable. “A French ensemble dramedy about the changes within a family as their children grow up. A worthwhile film, thanks in particular to the well-played mother figure, who is confronted with the limits of her control over the fate of her loved ones and has to rethink her own role.” (Lexikon des Internationalen Films)
