Africa's future is female

Many problems on the African continent are borne on the shoulders of women. After all, they are often the first to suffer when harvests fail or conflicts flare up. On the other hand, it is precisely women who have great visions and lead initiatives - nowhere else in the world is the proportion of female founders greater than in Africa.
