With the CARTE BLANCHE series, the Filmwerkstatt Düsseldorf invites filmmakers to choose eight of their personal favourite films from the range offered by filmfriend. Especially now that the restrictions of public life are making us watch more and more films, we don't want to leave film lovers alone and accompany them in their selection from the countless online offers. The cooperation with the Düsseldorf public libraries allows us to show a film programme online for the first time, using existing structures. The series will be expanded every month with a new guest. The previous recommendations will remain with them after the end of the month as long as the selected films are online at filmfriend.
