No job, no partner, and getting older: With a quarter life crisis in full swing, 28-year-old director Carolin Genreith leaves Berlin to meet her mother in the North Eifel area where she grew up. And - surprise: Her mother has just turned her life upside down – and is happier than ever. Once a week, Genreith's mother meets up with her belly dancing group to have some fun. At an age when other women are buying tummy-tucking tights and Nordic walking poles, these friends are planning to dance in the streets of Paris. If some people think this is strange - who cares?
