The Good Boss

Julio Blanco seems to be the perfect boss: competent, charismatic, and very caring. As the owner of a family-run industrial scale company, he is driven by a belief in balance and justice. He is convinced that his word is law and makes his decisions solely for the good of the company. This has brought him wealth, earned him respect, and won him many awards. Only one is still missing: the government’s award for excellence in corporate leadership. This year, it’s finally going to happen! But the glamorous facade begins to crumble when the CEO has to deal with a fired employee, a depressed production manager, and an intern who’s fallen in love with him. In a grotesque race against time, he desperately tries to solve his employees’ problems—and in the process crosses all sorts of moral boundaries.
